Reflection Wall Art

Water's reflective properties can provide an opportunity for contemplation and introspection. As we observe our own reflections or the reflections of the surrounding landscape in the water, it can prompt us to reflect on our thoughts, emotions, and experiences. This reflective contemplation can bring about a sense of serenity and self-awareness.

Many people find being near water to be therapeutic. The negative ions that are abundant in natural water bodies have been associated with improving mood and reducing stress. Additionally, engaging in activities such as swimming or floating in water can have a relaxing effect on the body, releasing tension and promoting a sense of well-being.
