The Nasmyth Bridge, Almondell Wall Art

Also known as the Almondell Bridge (indeed it is noted as such on the Ordnance Survey map), the Nasmyth Bridge was commissioned by the lawyer and MP Henry Erskine, who owned the estate of Almondell, around 1802, and designed by his friend, the noted Scottish artist Alexander Nasmyth (1758-1840).
