The Dragonfly and the Sporangium

Jim Whitson's steel sculptures, a dragonfly and a sporangium inspired by hair moss, captivate in the misty Blawhorn Moss Nature Reserve. As if frozen in time, the dragonfly hovers over the tranquil pond while the sporangium stands guard, emanating an otherworldly aura. The wooden walkway meanders through the peat bog, guiding visitors on a journey of discovery as they immerse themselves in the mystical Scottish wilderness.
