Carlingnose Pier, North Queensferry

Carlingnose Pier, at Carlingnose Point in North Queensferry, Fife, is a former Word War One Munitions pier.

The pier was used for unloading munitions supplied to a nearby artillery battery, part of the defences around the Firth of Forth, protecting the Forth Bridge and Rosyth Dockyard beyond.
