TweetAbercorn Church, also known as Kirk, is a Gothic masterpiece steeped in history. Located in West Lothian, Scotland, it sits on the site of a former monastery and is a popular tourist destination. The graveyard, dotted with weathered tombstones and gravestones, is a place of burial and reflects the area's rich heritage. The snow-covered kirkyard and the untouched snow, except for a few footprints along the path, create a silent and serene atmosphere. The sculpture and carvings on the ancient architecture tell stories of the past and the Church of Scotland Parish has been a place of worship for centuries. The snowfall, known as the Beast from the East, has transformed this old building into a magical winter wonderland.
The churchyard was the setting for Frank Randall's grave in the TV series Outlander.
